Introduction to the database

Organ on a Chip Database has been created to expand and accelerate organ on a chip and organoid studies. Today, as an emerging technology, organ chip is generating a large amount of important data in the field of health medicine, and the data generated by it is currently in the early stage of the "blowout" state. Its huge scientific value and industrial value are waiting to be developed. Therefore, we established a database with organ chip data as the main content.

What we have:

Organ on a Chip Database(OOCDB) has been created to expand and accelerate organ on a chip and organoid studies. The OOCDB collected 122,000 academic papers related to organ chips, collected more than 27,000 patents related to organ chips; and collected more than 17,000 Data of clinical compounds, 4 million compounds, and 8 million toxicants, and are related to the drug screening and toxicity evaluation applications of organ chips.

What we provide:

*Mathematical modeling:A tool for user to calculate the enrichment of tissue-specific genes in a set of input genes with the hypergeometric test.

*Model Visualization:The accurate high-quality human brain model, male anatomical model and female anatomical model including internal structure using a surgical view.

*Citation Map:A visual tool for analyzing the research hotspots of organ chip in recent years.
